The Pafos2017 Organisation is looking for a professional cook to take part in a culinary project organised by the European Capital of Culture Donostia/ San Sebastian 2016 called “On appétit!”. The aim of the project is to bring different European regions together through gastronomy. Cooks from different European regions will be hosted by Basque counterparts in a week long residency that will result in the fusion of their respective culinary backgrounds and traditions.
