Request for proposals to design, manufacture and distribute merchandise bearing the logo and specific Pafos2017 IP rights under the terms of a Licence Agreement
The Organisation Pafos2017 European Capital of Culture (hereinafter “Pafos2017”) wishes to invite proposals to design, produce, distribute and sell merchandise based on the Pafos2017 core brand as a license agreement (hereinafter “Licensee”).
General information:
The Organisation Pafos2017 European Capital of Culture is currently seeking bids from companies wishing to serve as Pafos2017 official Merchandise Supplier(s) to provide branded products (licensed items) for sale during the period from assignment of the tender to a timeframe to be decided by mutual agreement between Pafos2017 and the Licensee.
Such branded products will promote the brand of Pafos2017 by bearing its registered Trademark under the terms of a License Agreement to be agreed between the Parties.
The successful candidate(s) will gain the opportunity to develop and sell the approved official event merchandise and apparel for the Pafos2017 event during the agreed period. Furthermore, the successful candidates will have the opportunity to display a link to the Pafos2017 website, on their own website as official licensees of Pafos2017.
Interested applicants must review and complete the relevant form and provide designs and samples of the proposed merchandise, which they intend to produce and distribute.
Deadline for submitting proposals: Friday 18:00 January 22, 2016, to the offices of the Organisation Pafos2017 European Capital of Culture via registered mail or via courier to the Pafos2017 Offices: 55 Griva Digheni Ave, 8047 Pafos
